Kim has been a paralegal for more than 25 years, 22 of which she has worked under the direction of Michelle-Mosby-Scott. She received her Associates Degree in Political Science from Illinois Central College. She regularly attends continuing education courses to remain up-to-date on legal issues, the latest technology, case management and strategies, document and exhibit preparation. She is integral in identifying firm goals and client objectives.
Kim is very passionate in her desire to help others and meeting each of her client’s individual needs in a caring and timely manner. Her diligence in keeping her clients informed and up to date as to developing issues in their case in not only invaluable in meeting the client’s goals, it is integral in maintaining excellent client relations and assures that trial attorneys receive the assistance needed when aggressive legal representation is required. Kim assists legal counsel in the areas of family, juvenile law, real estate, probate, civil litigation and appeals (including DCFS and administrative appeals). Kim is a critical member of the Allison & Mosby-Scott team.
In her free time Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is actively involved in her children’s extracurricular activities, church and her community.
