Heather L. Johns is an experienced paralegal with the Law Office of Allison & Mosby-Scott. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and her Paralegal Certificate from Illinois State University. She has been providing paralegal services to AMS clients since 2001.
Heather provides a wide range of services and legal support for our clients and her careful attention to detail, superior writing ability and working knowledge of numerous areas of the law make her an incredible resource to the firm. Her experience includes assisting counsel in the areas of family law (including divorce, paternity, child support related matters, and adoptions), estate planning, probate, civil litigation, appeals and business law. Heather’s commitment to meeting client’s objectives and her knowledge of the legal process is invaluable.
Heather attends continuing legal education courses to remain up-to-date on legal issues and the latest technology in order to better serve the firm’s clients. Heather has been a paralegal at the law office of Allison & Mosby-Scott for almost two decades. Her experience and commitment to excellence is apparent in her work product and the results attained for AMS clients.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children and sharing her creativity with colleagues, friends and family.
