William A. Allison (Bill) was a co-founder of Allison & Mosby-Scott in 2000. Bill retired from the firm in April of 2015 after a 47 year legal career. Bill was a 1965 graduate of the University of Illinois Law School. He spent three years in the Judge Advocate General Corps for the U.S. Army and received an Honorable Discharge as a Captain and returned to McLean County in 1968.
Kim has been a legal assistant for more than 20 years, 17 of which she has worked under the direction of Michelle-Mosby-Scott. She received her Associates Degree in Political Science from Illinois Central College. She stays current on continuing education courses to remain up-to-date on legal issues and the latest technology.
Heather Johns is an experienced paralegal with the Law Office of Allison & Mosby-Scott. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and her Paralegal Certificate from Illinois State University.
Ellen attended Richland Community College in 2010 and received her Associates in Arts before transferring to Illinois State University in 2012. In 2014, Ellen graduated with her Bachelors in Science from the School of Communication in the field of Public Relations.
Johnna received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Science from Illinois State University in 2005. She worked for the McLean County Circuit Clerk’s office as the divorce clerk from May 2006 until August 2010.
Judy McGinnes is a valued and important part of the Allison & Mosby-Scott team. Judy attended Illinois Commercial College. She began to work the legal area in 1982, where she began working for William Allison at Ban, Allison, Saint & Ehlers. She brought with her 16 years of experience and has been working for Mr. Allison since that time.
Alfredo Olivarez is an Accountant at Allison & Mosby-Scott where he manages the Accounts Receivable Department and supports the firm in other accounting related matters.
Cendee is a legal assistant and filing clerk for Allison & Mosby-Scott. She provides a wide range of support for our clients, attorneys and paralegals and keeps the office running smoothly. Cendee is often the first point of contact with the firm, and she takes that role very seriously.
