Michelle R. Mosby-Scott: My law practice focuses on family law, including divorce/dissolution of marriage, child custody , child support, spousal maintenance/alimony, and pension and property division. I also handle juvenile law matters. Most of my clients are referred to me by other attorneys and previous clients because of my experience and commitment to aggressive representation.
Matthew R. Majernik: I have focused my practice on family law and have significant experience in the areas of divorce/dissolution of marriage, parentage, order of protection, restraining orders, and adoption. In addition to family law, I have also worked in the areas of foreclosure, small claims, forcible entry and detainer, juvenile abuse and neglect, juvenile delinquency, traffic,driving under the influence, misdemeanor, and ordinance violation. I am also a trained mediator and Guardian ad Litem for child custody cases in McLean County.
Tristan N. Bullington: My practice has been focused on litigation. I have successfully argued several jury trials and countless bench trials. I focus my practice in the areas of criminal law and family law, including divorce/dissolution of marriage, custody/visitation, orders of protection and child support. William A. Allison: I represented people who suffered losses because their attorney failed to represent them properly. In addition, I represented clients in personal injury cases. The majority of my cases were referred to me by other attorneys because of my experience and achievement in trial courts in Central Illinois. I retired from the active practice of law April 1, 2015.
