Legal Help with Personal Injury Claims in Illinois

Car and Truck Accidents ● Premises Liability ● Construction Site Accidents ● Nursing Home Negligence

Q. Do I have a strong case?

A. The answer depends on what happened in your specific case. We will need to talk with you directly before we can answer this question.

Q. How much will I get?

A. After we become familiar with your case, we can give you an anticipated range but assigning a specific value to your personal injury claim is almost impossible.

At some point during negotiations, your attorney will recommend a figure that you should accept in settlement. The decision as to whether to accept that amount, however, is completely up to you.

Q. How much will I pay in attorney fees?

A. You pay no fees unless you receive a settlement or jury decision. If your case is settled in court, your fees will be one-third of the amount you receive. If your case is settled without court, your fee will be one-fourth of the settlement amount.

You've suffered serious injuries in an accident caused by someone else's negligent or reckless actions. Not only must you deal with the pain of physical recovery, but you're also left with bills, medical and insurance paperwork, and many unanswered questions:
  • Will all my medical bills be paid?
  • Will I have a complete recovery from my injuries?
  • If not, will I be able to work again at the same job? A different job?
  • What do I do now about the mounting debts?
